“This is the only HVAC company I will ever use. When something breaks they don’t try to instantly sell you a new unit like some of their competitors. The technician Tim asked a few questions, looked at the components and then quickly found the problem, our unit is no where close to being new and he very easily could have told us we needed a new one, but he was honest and fix it for less than $200!! He also pulled out the filters and told me how to clean and reinstall them to help the unit work more efficiently. This company is honest and doesn’t take advantage of people. Would recommend them to anyone with total confidence.”

“This is going to be a long review because of everything that happened over three days but it’s well worth it. On a Tuesday, my air conditioning stopped working. Called Price and was able to get technician to come out same day. Tim came out and explained the issue and we talked about whether it was worth fixing a 25+ year old unit. He had been out many times before for maintenance and issues that have come up with the AC and furnace. Tim was able to get me set up with Dan, who came out the next day, Wednesday, for an estimate on a new system. Dan was great. Went around the house, measured, got information on my current system and then explained all the new systems that would fit my situation. Received quotes and picked out my new AC/furnace. Was able to schedule installation for the next day, Thursday. Kenny, Lane , and Carlos came out and did an amazing job. New system is amazing! The only glitch was later that evening, I went downstairs and there was water all over the floor under the unit. Called Price and answering service immediately sent out request and Tim came. Found out the condensate pump was bad and he set me up with a new one. Tim is so amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians and staff at Price. I trust them wholeheartedly and recommend them to anyone. I have only used Price for all of my heating and cooling service and maintenance. Thank you everything!”

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, explained what he found in a clear way, and got to work right away. The work was done efficiently, and the system is cooling properly again.
