My furnace went out on Sunday night around 11:30 pm January 25, 2026 when the snow storm was in full force and the temps were dropping. I called about 4 or 5 companies and Price had a live person answer and said she would have a tech call me. Within half an hour Jacob called, we talked, he said he couldn't get there quickly but gave me a name of another company but they just had voicemail. Jacob called back about 20 minutes later and said he could try a couple of things over the phone and I was able to get it running. Price called me in the morning and checked on me and i set up an appointment with him (they could send someone that day but I chose to wait for Jacob). He came today and checked out the furnace. He suggested that I get some maintenance done and I will schedule that in the AM. Amber called ahead and told me when Jacob would be arriving and it was all good. It was definitely an answered prayer that night. I have already recommended Price to 2 of my friends. Thank you Price

It was nearly midnight on a recent Wednesday evening when I noticed that there was no heat in our house. Since colder temperatures were forecasted, I placed an emergency call to Wm Price Heating & Air Conditioning. Service Tech Kyle, returned my call and arrived around 2:00 AM. Upon arrival, Kyle determined that the system was running the blower but a code indicated that the low pressure inducer switch was open and would not close. This more than likely resulted in the furnace not firing. A replacement switch needed to be ordered to verify the diagnosis. Service Tech Daniel arrived back with the part on Thursday morning; took out the bad inducer motor, installed a new one and had everything working before noon. Kyle and Daniel did a great job! I highly recommend Wm Price Heating and Air Conditioning and its Assurance & Security Plans which really provide the best coverage.

A year ago you guys sent your best technician to my house due to furnace not blowing heat and was told I needed to replace my whole furnace but all along it was just the igniter. Just saying the best technician of the company couldn't figure it out or maybe he just wanted to charge us a huge bill to make money just because I'm black.I read the body language and interactions from this best technician and to me he didnt seem to friendly because of my skin color. BTW I fixed my own furnace. Haven't had any problems out of it yet. Its been keeping me and my family warm. Happy new year 🤷🎆🎇😊

During the recent freezing weather, the outside temperature was under 17 degrees for a few days. I realized my furnace was not working well. I called Wm. Price Heating & Cooling after-hours and left a message. I was called back first thing the next morning and was scheduled immediately that day. Amberly who returned my call and scheduled my appointment asap is sincerely friendly and helpful. Timothy Gilbert my technician, is friendly, professional, very knowledgable, quick to diagnose the problem; fixed it quickly and also made recommendations to help keep the furnace working at an optimal level. He had been out a few years ago and also worked on my air conditioning unit and did a great job with that as well. I HIGHLY recommend Wm. Price Heating and Cooling!

Your Technician arrived shortly after we received the phone call. He introduced himself and went to work right away on checking out our furnace for fall. We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Price when our A/C unit broke after 27 years of good use (also installed by Price when home was built). We were so pleased with everything and thankful to Price for the excellent installation and service. Tim was amazing with helping us decide what to purchase. He was so kind and well-informed. Hot day and came home to no A/C. Their emergency service call price was very reasonable so we scheduled and Tim was there within 3 hours. Earliest I could get them or anyone else in was 5 days away. The unit is between 30 and 35 years old with zero service PM’s. Tim found it was a bad contact switch. He was able to modify a current switch to fit as there are no parts for my unit. We were up and running within an hour of him being there. He also replaced a weak capacitor. I have Price scheduled out to quote a new unit.

Our older furnace was working but had become noisy while in operation. We placed a service call with Price Heating, and Tim, the Price technician, was out that same day. He explained that he would need to order a part. We agreed to it, and later that same day, he installed it. Afterwards he did an annual maintenance on it, as we requested. Now our furnace is running very well. Tim and all that we spoke with at Price were courteous and efficient.

I got a very competitive price on name brand equipment. The install crew Kenny, Anthony, and Forrest did an amazing job! Watching the professional work done by an excellent team was impressive.
