On Monday, November 3, 2025, Paul Walters and Josh Reed installed our new furnace. Despite the fact that the wrong furnace had been shipped to them, they and others at your company, handled the problem and the installation very well. Paul and Josh dismantled and removed the old furnace, and the correct, new furnace arrived just as they finished the removal. Everything went well and by 4:30 PM we had heat and the work area was clean and in good order.
Tim Petzak was the salesperson, and I think I mentioned earlier how helpful he was and continued to be after the new furnace was installed when I asked him some follow-up questions.
You have very good employees in Paul, Tim, and Josh and I hope you appreciate them because they are excellent representatives for your company. I hope you appreciate them and treat them well.
It was especially wonderful to see Paul again. He helped install both of our original furnaces 25 years ago as well as our new furnace last year and now this one. He is such a nice person and always does a good job. I know if he is on the call, I have nothing to worry about.

“Our 21 year old furnace and heat pump died during the night and we reached out early in the morning. Service came that morning (John). He left space heaters for us as it was determined the system needed replaced. Pete came inspected and provided a quote with 3 options. He was very kind and answered all our questions. Kayla from the office was so friendly, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The installation team of 4 (Kenny & team) arrived first thing in the morning and hit the ground running.
