Wm. Price Heating & Cooling was established in 1937 by William “Bill” Price and E.J. “Jim” McKernan. Wm. Price Heating and Cooling continues to supply heating and cooling equipment over an 87-year span and services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Mahoning Valley. The oldest CARRIER dealer in the area and a CARRIER Factory Authorized Dealer, shows off the experience embedded in this family business.

Wm. Price Heating & Cooling has remained family-owned into a third generation of the McKernan family in this competitive HVAC industry and continues to service many homeowners who are also second and third generation customers. The McKernans (Bill and Linda, with son Chris) attribute the success of the company over the years to four initiatives that Price practices every day:
